AI Leadership Academy

The CALIE AI Leadership Academy develops your capacity to lead AI integration in education. Over seven months, you’ll build competencies in AI literacy, strategic planning, ethical implementation, and organizational change. You’ll leave with frameworks, policies, and an implementation plan you can use immediately.

About the Academy

The AI Leadership Academy equips educators to lead from wherever they are—classroom, site, or system level. You’ll build an understanding of AI tools, ethics, and instructional integration while developing real-world implementation strategies for your organization.

Seven Monthly Sessions:

AI Foundations and Literacy, Strategic Planning and Needs Assessment, Ethical Frameworks and Responsible AI Use, Implementation Strategies and Change Management, Professional Learning Design, Policy Development, and Scaling and Sustainability.

Capstone: Complete your AI integration portfolio, demonstrating your implementation plan
